There are many Milwaukee charities that can directly benefit from your decision to donate your car. In most cases, it does not matter if your vehicle is running or if it is a piece of unsalvageable junk. What's junk to you can be treasure for a charity. Instructions
1. Donate your car to "Donate For Charity Inc." Donate For Charity Inc. partners with many different non-profit organizations. These organizations have a wide variety of missions, such as breast cancer prevention, autism research, glaucoma, animals and marine mammals, diabetes, and sending doctors to Africa. To donate, telephone (866) 392-4483. Specify which charity you want to donate to. The organization will pick up your car and sell it through an auction. The proceeds will help fund the efforts of the designated charity.
2. Donate your car to Esperanza Unida, Inc. This organization provides job training, job placement and counseling to the minorities in the Milwaukee area. The organization accepts your vehicle whether it is working or not. It will be sold at a vehicle auction. The proceeds will go towards funding the organization's efforts to assist others in the community. To contact Esperanza Unida Inc, call (414) 671-0251. Free towing is available.
3. Donate your car to charity through the Donation Line Vehicle Donation Center. To do this call (877) 227-7487 or complete an online donation form (see Resources). Your vehicle will be picked up within two business days. The vehicle will sell at an auction. The proceeds will help any partnership charity that you choose.
